I have uploaded these skins in Two parts because  the entire  file exceeds the 300mb limit.
The  Part 2  will be posted in the user files section also.
Just extract the Skins from the main RAR folder and place the skin zip files directly into  DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\MiG-21bis\Liveries\MiG-21Bis

I have given  each of the Pilots a custom Helmet and a Squadron Arm Patch
