I also use some keyboard keys as support for lights and radar scan zones. (My keyboard is set as ABNT2)

HOW TO INSTALL:

Unzip the compressed folder "MiG-29A-G-S.7z" inside "Saved Games\DCS (or DCS.openbeta)\Config\Input"

Then import via DCS Menu "Load profile" and select "mig-29", "mig-29c" and "mig-29g" for Keyboard, Stick and Throttle for each version

*I'm not sure if the "Modifier" button will be imported automatically. If not, create it on the Modifiers tab.
