F-4E-45MC livery based on F-4G AF#69-0269 which was a USAF F-4G Wild Weasel V, assigned to the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron, of the 52nd Tactical Fighter Wing, based at Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany.

AF#69-0269 remained at Spangdahlem until the F-4G was completely replaced by the F-16 in the 52nd TFW.  From there AF#69-0269 was then sent to Davis-Monthan AFB to be put in in-active storage in the boneyard.  It's status after that is unknown.
