A quick mission i made just to give you guys something to mess with well we wait on better mission makers than I. Mission is at night, feel free to change anything in the editor like time or weather.

*Operation Odens Fury*

*Mission Briefing:*

*Date:* June 8, 2024  
*Time:* 2000 hours  
*Location:* Northern Syria, near the border with Turkey  
*Weather:* Clear skies, light winds, temperature 18°C  

*Situation:*
Intelligence reports indicate that a high-value target (HVT), a senior leader of a terrorist organization, is currently located in a fortified compound in northern Syria. This compound serves as a command and control center, heavily guarded. Capturing or neutralizing this HVT is crucial to disrupting the terrorist network's operations in the region.

*Objective:*
A special forces team will conduct a raid on the compound to capture or eliminate the HVT. Your role as the pilot of a Kiowa Warrior (OH-58D) is to provide close air support, reconnaissance, and coordination for the ground forces during the operation.

*Primary Tasks:*
1. *Reconnaissance:* Conduct a thorough aerial reconnaissance of the target area to identify enemy positions, fortifications, and possible entry points for the special forces team. Relay this information to the ground commander.

2. *Close Air Support:* Provide precision close air support (CAS) for the special forces team. Engage any hostile forces that pose a threat to the mission, including ground troops, vehicles, and anti-aircraft positions.

3. *Target Designation:* Use the Kiowa’s targeting systems to designate high-value targets for incoming airstrikes or artillery support if required.

4. *Evacuation Support:* Be prepared to provide cover and support during the exfiltration phase, ensuring the safe extraction of the special forces team and any captured personnel or intelligence.

*Secondary Tasks:*
1. *Intelligence Gathering:* Capture imagery and relay real-time intelligence to command regarding enemy movements and reinforcements.
2. *Communication Relay:* Act as a communication relay between the ground forces and higher command if primary communication lines are disrupted.

*Enemy Forces:*
- Estimated 5 to 10 enemy combatants armed with small arms, RPGs, and machine guns.
- positions equipped with MANPADS (Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems).
- Possible technical vehicles with mounted heavy weapons.
- The compound is expected to have multiple fortified positions and potential underground facilities.

*Friendly Forces:*
- A squadron of special forces (Alpha Team) equipped for close-quarters battle.
- Support from a nearby airbase providing airstrikes and emergency evacuation.

Rules of Engagement (ROE):*
- Minimize collateral damage; avoid civilian casualties at all costs.
- Engage only confirmed hostile targets unless under direct threat.
- Follow the ground commander's directives closely.

*Execution:*
- Depart from Forward Operating Base (FOB) Falcon at 2000 hours.
- Arrive at the reconnaissance point 18 nm north of the target compound by 2030 hours.
- Commence recon and CAS operations as the special forces team initiates the raid at 2030 hours.
- Maintain aerial support throughout the operation, adjusting tactics based on real-time intelligence and battlefield conditions.
