2. Operation Details
Target Area:
• Location: East of Damascus, encompassing three strategic areas.
• Composition: Tanks and infantry.
Air Defense:
• System: 1 SA-6 (Advanced air defense system, radar-guided, medium-range)
Friendly Assets:
• AWACS Aircraft: Provides continuous surveillance and reports on air conditions and threats.
Other Forces:
• Syrian Free Army: Neutral or ambiguous status forces in the area. Monitor their movements but they are not a direct target.

3. Aircraft and Munitions
1. Aircraft: F16C Bl.50 – Weasel 2-1 (Ghost)
• Munitions:
o 2 AGM-65D Maverick:
Type: Maverick (Guided missiles for precision strikes)
Usage: Against tanks and infantry targets.
o 2 GBU-10C:
Type: Laser-guided bombs
Usage: High-precision strikes against strategic and defensive structures.
• Mission:
o Use laser-guided bombs to strike strategic points and defensive structures in the primary target area.
o Utilize AGM-65D for subsequent precision strikes on remaining tanks and infantry.
2. Aircraft: F16C Bl.50 – Weasel 2-2 (Popeye)
• Munitions:
o 1 AGM-88C HARM:
Type: High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (Targets radar emissions)
Usage: To neutralize the SA-6 air defense system.
o 2 AGM-65D Maverick:
Type: Maverick (Guided missiles)
Usage: Precision strikes on tactical targets and remaining defenses.
• Mission:
o First, neutralize the SA-6 air defense system with the AGM-88C HARM.
o Follow up with AGM-65D for precision strikes on additional targets.

4. Operational Plan
a. Preparation and Coordination:
• AWACS Role: Continuous monitoring of air conditions and air defense systems in the target area, providing real-time updates.
• Communication: Maintain constant communication between AWACS and strike aircraft to monitor SA-6 system positioning and friendly forces status.
b. Attack Tactics:
• Weasel 2-1 (Ghost) Aircraft:
o Initial focus on using laser-guided bombs to target strategic points and defensive structures.
o Follow-up with AGM-65D to engage and neutralize tanks and infantry.
• Weasel 2-2 (Popeye) Aircraft:
o First priority is to neutralize the SA-6 with AGM-88C HARM.
o Then conduct precision strikes on remaining targets using AGM-65D.
c. Egress Plan:
• After the attack, both aircraft will follow pre-planned egress routes to exit the area swiftly and safely.
• AWACS will provide real-time information on egress routes and alert the aircraft to any emerging threats.

5. Risks and Mitigations
Risks:
• SA-6 Air Defense System: Potential effective counter-attacks from the SA-6.
• Syrian Free Army: Risk of accidental engagement or misidentification of forces.
Mitigations:
• Target Neutralization: Ensure quick and effective use of HARM to disable the SA-6 system.
• Coordination: Maintain careful coordination to avoid conflict with Syrian Free Army forces and minimize engagement risks.
• Egress Routes: Ensure planned and secure egress routes for a safe withdrawal.

6. Questions and Answers
• Question: How long will it take to neutralize the SA-6 air defense system?
o Answer: The SA-6 system will be targeted with AGM-88C HARM missiles. The time required will depend on the effectiveness of radar signal detection and missile targeting.
• Question: What will be the course of action if there is a delay in communication with AWACS?
o Answer: In the event of communication delays with AWACS, alternative communication methods will be used, and the aircraft will rely on their own radar and sensors to assess the situation.
• Question: How will we handle potential interactions with the Syrian Free Army?
o Answer: Monitor the movements of the Syrian Free Army closely and implement strategies to avoid conflict. Ensure clear communication and coordination to minimize the risk of unintended engagements.
