The United States has forced the hand of the cartels in Mexico resulting an immediate strikes of all known cartel infrastructures, assets, and equipment. Over the next twenty-four hours, the United States and Mexican governments will begin strikes at 0200 local time on March 31, 2025 on known targets with follow up targets to come in the progressing hours.

The initial strikes will engage known drug processing facilities under satellite and drone surveillance. Most of this will likely be abandoned.

Primary Objective:
-Escort flight of Mexican Air Force F-3s to the facility
-provide CAS on any AA vehicle threats near the cartel facility while our special forces capture it
-prevent cartel forces from capturing the facility

---------------------------

A number of strikes have occurred throughout the early morning, and we're starting to secure some of the cartel infrastucture. We're learning a lot of details over the last few hours such as an extensive control of facilities, buildings, residential houses, and tunneling systems throughout major urban areas. We're going back to the first facility you struck to secure it and gather more ground intelligence.

This morning, the base is busy with special forces embarking helictopter transports. They are securing other locations throughout Mexico including the facility you will help cover from any cartel attacks.

You and your wingman in will join a three flight of Mexican Air Force F-5s for CAS over the facility while US and Mexican special forces arrive there by helicopter transport. They will ins ert at the facility and hold it for the remainder of the day. Intelligence indicates that the cartels of that facility are looking to retake the facility as it is serving as their entrance and exit for the tunneling network in that area. If they do arrive, they will be coming out of the hills in vehicles.

As part of the F/A-18C element you are leading, engaging AA threats is a top priority. The Mexican F-5s will engage unarmed vehicles with bombs and rockets. You may provide support to the F-5s, but remember you only have four Mavericks between you and your wingman to engage those AA threats.

Do not let the cartel forces back in to the facility otherwise our special forces will be overwhelmed. You may need to engage with guns if you run out of Mavericks, but the Mexican F-5s should be more than enough. Unforuntately, we cannot redirect any other support your way as they are tied up on operations further from your location.
