As this is a soft, flourless sponge, it may crack during rolling. Simply sift over a little extra cocoa before serving, to hide the cracks.

Finished roulade can be made up to a day in advance. Store wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.

If desired, you can add a few raspberries to the filling before rolling.
