Use the MiG-21bis flashlight as a floodlight.

Since the MiG-21bis red and white floodlights are currently disabled, this mod allows you to use the flashlight as a floodlight.
There are 4 intensities each for white and red light included, or you can edit the bitmap for a custom color.
You can also use this to increase the flashlight brightness without changing the size of the beam, or choose a custom beam size.
