You have 3 targets:
- waypoint 1: unarmed truck, static
- waypoint 2: 2BTR 80, statics
- waypoint 3: T72,  moving

Your speed musn't go under 100 Kms
your altitude must be under 150
Your are not allowed to turn more than 90°
