Fictional Iranian Vipers in blue-grey and desert camo for the PG map with dynamic tail numbers

- changed dynamic farsi tail numbers to ۳-۶xxx  (x=dynamic number)
- changed belly of the blue-gray livery to blue color (same Mig-29)
