The MiG-23ML is the third generation figher jet with variable geometry wings. It was the first Soviet fighter to field a look-down/shoot-down RP-23 Sapfir radar, and is one of the first to be armed with beyond-visual-range missiles.

Main features:
-Simulated RP-23 Sapfir radar perfomance.
-For air combat it can load up to four R-60M and two R-23R/24R or R-23T/24T missiles.
-For ground targets it can use FAB-250, FAB-500 and RBK-250 bombs,
and UB-16, UB-32, S-24B rockets.
-Liveries for the Soviet Union, Cuba, Angola, Libya, Syria and North Korea.

-Converted into AI-only as FC3 cockpits became
unavailabe since DCS 2.9.6 upd ate.

-No helmet targeting mode for the MiG-23ML, the MiG-23-98 has it.
