Cockpit livery for the Su-27 that significantly reduces the scratches.

The new official RoughMet PBR textures for the FC3 aircraft are great.
The Su-27 cockpit is very scratchy for some reason, so I went ahead and fixed it.
Enjoy a (somewhat) cleaner looking Su-27 cockpit!
