Here's my take on the Cuban Air Force MiG-23MLD (Requested by: Rapinya3).

Liveries under Cuba

1) Remastered textures now in 4k.
    - New rivets
    - New panel lines

Installation:

Copy/Paste/Extract into your /Saved Games/DCS/Liveries/MiG-23MLD                        folder.  OR...
Copy/Paste/Extract into your /Saved Games/DCS.openbeta/Liveries/MiG-23MLD        folder

NOTES:

1.) Big thanks to CivorodoM for the decription lua code to get the 4K textures working.
2.) Custom Numbers are disabled.
