Your flight of CH47s have been assigned to insert a Quick Reaction Force to reinforce the beleaguered US Army troops pinned down in Sangin, Afghanistan.

A US Army unit conducting a shura (meeting) with village elders in Sangin has been ambushed by insurgent forces. Despite suffering heavy casualties, the unit has managed to hold a defensive position in the village. Enemy presence in the area is strong, and medevac helicopters have reported sustained small arms fire, with the possibility of MANPADS in the vicinity. The situation remains fluid and hostile.

This mission almost one hour long mission will test your formation flying and hot ins ert skills in the CH47 Chinook. Troops are preloaded in to your helicopter so you will only need to use the comms menu to disembark the troops.
