DCS Label Manager allowing you to customize the in-game label display. It enables users to adjust symbols, label size, alignment, and distance thresholds for different unit types (Aircraft, Ground, Navy, Weapons). Users can personalize these settings according to the label mode selected in the mission (FULL, ABBREVIATED, DOT), optimizing the in-game label appearance. Changes take effect the next time a mission starts after applying, with no need to restart the game.

Select DCS World Main Directory
Upon launching the software, you need to select the main directory of your DCS World installation. Make sure to choose the correct path for the software to function properly.

Customize Panel Settings
After selecting the game directory, you can proceed to customize the label settings such as symbols, size, alignment, and distance thresholds according to your preferences.

Apply Settings
Once all settings are configured, click the Apply button to save and apply them. The changes will take effect the next time you start a mission, with no need to restart the game.

Interface Description

1. Currently Allocated
FULL, ABBREVIATED, and DOT correspond to different label display modes in DCS (full label, abbreviated label, and dot label). You can customize the distance settings and alignment for each mode, which will apply when these modes are active in the game.
2. Near Symbol and Far Symbol
Near Symbol: Sets the symbol displayed when units are within the NEAR distance range.
Far Symbol: Sets the symbol displayed when units are within the FAR distance range.
You can assign different symbols for Aircraft, Ground, Navy, and Weapons.

3. Symbol Size
Adjust the size of the label symbols using the slider or by entering a value. The size affects how the labels appear at different distances.

4. Alignment
Set the label alignment for different unit types (Aircraft, Ground, Navy, Weapons).

5. Distance Settings
Customize distance thresholds for different unit types (Aircraft, Ground, Navy, Weapons). The game will use these thresholds to determine which label format to display based on the unit's distance:

EMPTY: Distance where the label is not displayed.
NEAR: Distance where the full label is displayed.
FAR: Distance where partial information is displayed.
DOT: Distance where only the symbol is shown.
Adjust the slider or input precise values for each threshold.

6. Color Settings
Use the checkboxes to set label colors for red and blue sides. "R Side Color" applies to red units, and "B Side Color" applies to blue units.

7. Preview
The preview window at the bottom-right displays the current label configuration. You can preview the label for different distances (NEAR, FAR) and switch between red or blue sides.

8. Apply Settings
Once all customizations are done, click Apply to save and apply the settings to DCS.
