Changes the F-15E ECS sound (pilot breathing sound) into an fx which reflects how it sounds IRL.

Install: Drop "F-15E-ECS" in C:\Users\<users>\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\Resource

it should then look like ---> C:\Users\Shadow\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\Resource\F-15E-ECS
