Just base F/A-18C skin pack that has polish markings.
"Polish clean" - has just polish checkboards placed on wings, rudders and fuselage.
"Polish roe" - the same as "clean" version but with roe/deer sign on rudders.
You can use this skin for USA and POL nations in game.
