Saitek X55 Profile Sheet in Excel2013 (xlsx) and older formats (xls) so you can type your commands in the blocks, change the profile sheet as necessary, and print right from Excel. There's also a pdf version to print and write on. I only have Excel 2013, so I don't know for sure if the xls file opens correctly in the older versions.
