L-39ZA Albatros English Format

As I've started to fly the L-39ZA Albatros with a the English cockpit config. I was surprised to find no resources indicating the appropriate knots, feet and pounds associated with the aircraft.  Rather than reconfigure DCS and start using Kilometres and metres, I knocked these slides up for my own personal use to help find my way around the cockpit but decided to share them with the community to help promote this awesome little plane.  I may add some navigation slides in the future as I delve into RSBN and the other systems.  This is my first time doing cockpit checklists for an aircraft, I may add some more in the future.
