Text color and size tweaks for comms menu and in-game messages. JSGME compatible.

Since the UI scaling doesn´t work great, i decided to edit the in-game text and comms menu to something that i can read more easily with my bad eyes. Made the font bigger, and changed the color to something that eye reacts to better. I will tweak these more after adjustment period so i´ll know what to improve.

No clue if it passes the integrity check for online, but propably not. I use a 1440p monitor, a friend tested on Reverb g2 and said it works ok.. Not sure about other resolutions.

JSGME compatible. If you wish to install manually, install to base game. Remember backups!
