This is my first work, so don't judge too harshly. This is, as the name suggests, a black version of the VF-84 Jolly Rogers squadron helmet. It can be installed on any livery by simply adding the helmet to the folder with the livery (if there is already a file with another helmet there, you will need to replace it). Also, if you want to add a Helmet for RIO, the first thing you need to do is replace the name of the file with the helmet with HB_F14_EXT_RIO_HELMET. Second, you should check the livery description for the presence of such a script
