Operation Broadsword

Day 45 of Operation.
The capture of Senaki airfield was a major success of this combined operation. However, the Russians could not be pushed out of the city. Based on satellite imagery, they launched a counterattack in the early hours of the night. The northern flank would try to reach the city by avoiding the mountain, while the southern flank would approach the city along the river.

This is the first mission I have uploaded here. I'm still at a pretty beginner level, I mainly do these missions for my own entertainment. The goal is not full realism. I don't have enough free time to put in this much research YET. The voices are speeches generated by a lack of people.

The plan is to make a campaign based on the A-10A, with a pretty big conflict between NATO and Russia as the main focus. This mission is about halfway through the "story".

Known bug!
Engine APU does not turn off, only the left side starts. There is a workaround, after "Engines start", when the left one is already operational, pushed the brakes increase the throttle by about 30%. Wait a few seconds and put it back to idle. After that the other one will start soon.
