This helmet pack is very special as Cobra_B39 provided accurate and very detailed squadron art. Working from original squadron photos and videos, we worked together to replicate details as closely as possible to actual squadron designs. Together, we are pleased to bring these F/A-18 helmets to the DCS community.  

In this pack, you get HGU-55 and HGU-68 (JHMCS) helmet variants featuring squadron art for:  

- VFA-103 Jolly Rogers

- VFA-2 Bounty Hunters

- VFA-14 Tophatters

- VFA-41 Black Aces

- VFA-25 Fist of the Fleet

- VMFA-323 Death Rattlers (original and fictional version with snake)

*BONUS* This pack also features two special tribute helmets of USN pilot ‘Pail’. His YouTube Channel, “Growler Jams” is very educational and the videos have been a big help to DCS pilots for many years. Pail’s HGU-55 helmet, featuring CVW-17 and VAQ-139, is one of the most recognizable flight helmets on the internet.

Installation:
Copy and paste the six .dds files into the livery folder of your choice.
Insert or overwrite these lines in the description.lua file.
