The "MIZ-TOOLS" download contains the following 3 dedicated utilities
for use with DCS mission/archive files (*.miz).

a) MIZ_OVERVIEW supports simple and easy mission analysis and according
    documentation. The utility produces a tabular overview of the units
    and its properties which are contained in a DCS mission (*.miz) file.

b) MIZ_RML allows to bypass client access restrictions to missions with
    embedded non-ED mods thus allowing mission access also to clients
    which do not have such (non-ED) mods installed.

c) TOGGLE_NVG allows to re-configure the helmet mounted sensor/visor
    equipment of specific aircraft modules from Day (HMS) to Night (NVG)
    operation and vice versa.

This update-02 includes various updated/added map data files (Afghanistan,
Kola, Normandy, Sinai, Syria, Mariana II) for the MIZ_OVERVIEW utility
in order to match the associated DCS maps (as per DCS version 2.9.17).

The July'25 update features general maintenance of all utilities and also
a minor functional addition to the TOGGLE_NVG utility.
Furthermore various map data files (Afghanistan, Kola, Normandy, Sinai,
Syria, Mariana II) are updated/added for the MIZ_OVERVIEW utility in order
to match the associated DCS maps (as per DCS version 2.9.17).

a) MIZ_OVERVIEW
    
    Brief:
      The MIZ_OVERVIEW utility is a practical tool for mission builders.
      It supports simple and easy mission analysis and according documentation.
      The utility produces a tabular overview of the units and its properties
      which are contained in a DCS mission (*.miz) file.
      The generated output is a spreadsheet file in CSV (comma-separated values)
      format and can be viewed and further processed using the tool of your
      preference (MSOffice, LibreOffice, whatever).

c) TOGGLE_NVG

    Brief:
      A simple utility to re-configure the helmet mounted sensor/visor equipment
      of specific aircraft modules from Day (HMS) to Night (NVG) operation and
      vice versa.
      The re-configuration can be performed just using the TOGGLE_NVG utility,
      without the need of the DCS mission editor. Just use drag'n'drop a DCS mission
      (.miz) file onto the TOGGLE_NVG utility's main form.

More detailed information and usage instructions are part of the download
and are given in each specific utility sub-folder.

All 3 utilities are single Win32 executables, developed using Embarcadero's
C++Builder Community Edition. The utilities need not to be installed, just copy
the desired folder (a|b|c) or all of them to HDD/SDD into a location of your choice.

Important:
For the benefit of automated processing, the 7-Zip tool is required,
either as standard installation (https://www.7-zip.org/) or as portable
version (https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/7-zip_portable),
for automatic un-zipping of a .miz archive.
