1. Use Winrar, right-clock on rar file and choose
2. Extract to "Die Polizei Koblenz\"
3. Then, you get a folder called "Die Polizei Koblenz"
4. THEN it puts der folder into "..\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\uh-1h"
5. If you can't understand these instructions you are not mentally fit for flightsims.
