CH-47F livery based on CH-47F 11-08839, assigned to Golf Company, Detachment 1, 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 211th Aviation Regiment, of the Alaska Army National Guard (AK ARNG).

The Chinooks of the Alaska Army National Guard plays a significant role in rescue operations, and logistical transportation in the Alaska region.  The 2-211 GSAB also support the airborne operations of the 212th Rescue Squadron (AK ANG), and the 11th Airborne Divison (US Army).
