The skin represents the MiG-25RBT from the  Bulgarian Air Force b/n 754 from the 26th Reconnaissance Air Base in Dobrich.

Bulgarian Air Force acquired 4 MiG-25s (3 RBT variant and 1 RU conversion trainer), these aircraft were used for photo reconnaissance and ELINT tasks. In 1991 these aircraft were exchanged with USSR with 5 MiG-23MLD.

Skin is meant to be used with ValTek Simulations MiG-25 mod and the MiG-25RB variant of the aircraft that comes with that mod.
