OPERATION VIGILABO
The Stennis CBG has been in the Persian Gulf for only 2 months, as part of the ongoing operation to monitor Arabian troop and aircraft movements.
Tensions in the region seem to have settled since US troops started their withdrawal from Iraq, but that can change in an instant.
The Stennis Battle Group Commander, Vice Admiral Akbar hopes for a quiet cruise, as this is his last before retiring after 30 years in the Navy.
This is a fictional Campaign, set circa 2016. I've tried to mix A-A and A-G missions for all tastes.

In the area of Dzhvari, Russian troops violated the non-aggression pact and installed a small outpost in defense between two airports, that of Sukumi and Senaki.
From this moment the airspace was forbidden to civil and military flights, with the threat of knocking down any passing aircraft.
NATO has not wanted to compromise with the conditions dictated by the Russian government and has decided to intervene by weakening the garrison.
The Stennis aircraft carrier has arrived a few miles from the coast and is ready to launch its planes to attack the Russians.
In the garrison there are important deposits of weapons and fuel and are the main target of the mission.
In the present mission the load outs can be customized for all players based on the role chosen.
Alternative Batumi Airport;
WP-3 Target Position;
In the radio menu, order the attack of ground troops!

This is a significantly improved version of this mission. Previous 1.x versions are now outdated. This version has improved timing, a lot of tweaks, and a lot more triggers which will provide good replay and entertainment. The mission also provides a good challenge for Tomcat drivers.
In this mission, you will fly a patrol mission over the Strait of Hormuz. Recently, Iran has been testing our reactions, but so far, there have been no hostilities.
You will be 'Weapons Hold' during this mission, unless you are fired upon. A variable trigger determines what enemies you will face, and if shooting will occur. Stay alert, and focused, and above all, stay disciplined. We don't need an international incident which embarrasses the United States and ends your career, or life.
F-14B module and Persian Gulf map are required for this mission.

This is a three-player Viggen ship strike mission! You'll be supported by two wingmen, and using your RB-04 missiles, you are tasked with inflicting heavy losses on Soviet shipping off the coast of Sweden (here played by a part of the Southern Russian coast.) My wingman and I came up with this mission in a very short span to train radar masking and low-altitude flight, and then invented a plot to go with it. You'll be taking off from and landing at a road base. There's also a short summary of the plot we came up with for this file specifically. Training outcomes: CK 37 data input, CK 37 new waypoint creation, terrain flying, RB-04 missile study, ground SAM evasion. This mission was originally designed to be used with German skins my wingman made. If there is enough demand for them, we will upload them here.
