YAK-52, OK-JAX
The aircraft with the registration OK-JAX is a 1982 Bacau-manufactured Yak-52, with the construction number 822710.
This particular Yak-52 has had several registrations over the years, including RA-44460, LY-AHE, and 127 YELLOW.
It is currently registered in the Czech Republic.
The Yak-52 is known for its aerobatic capabilities and is often used in airshows and aerobatic competitions.
It is powered by a single Ivchenko Vedeneyev M-14P radial engine.

This is the single player edit of the H-Hour +1 multiplayer mission, specifically crafted for Growling Sidewinder. In this scenario you will play as Cpt Miller, a real life F15 pilot who established a CAP not far from Baghdad ahead of the Wild Weasels on the first night of Desert Storm, one hour after F-117s and cruise missiles bombarded the capital (H Hour +1). After establishing your CAP, you will be engaged by 2 of every aircraft the F15s faced that night, progressively escalating in difficulty with each new pair. In total, you will engage 8 enemy aircraft over the AAA-lit skies of Baghdad.

Operation Provide Comfort and Provide Comfort II were military operations initiated by the United States and other Coalition nations of the Persian Gulf War, starting in April 1991, to defend Kurdish refugees fleeing their homes in northern Iraq in the aftermath of the Gulf War, and to deliver humanitarian aid to them.
