After a civil war lasting more than 10 years, Syria is living in a fragile peace. The dictator was killed in a plane crash. Thanks to new allies, a government has been elected and the country has entered a new democratic era. Some rebel groups are resisting in the north and east of the country.
Years of war have left the Syrian air force in shambles.
You are a British pilot and L-39 instructor. You are sent to Syria to help the government retake the whole country and eliminate the last pockets of rebel resistance.

I put together a new page for the stick and used a throttle page from another user.
Just kinda quick and easy to get me going. I couldn't find anything for this controller so made my own.

338 Squadron was formed at Sola, Stavanger on February 15, 1954 and is one of the youngest squadrons in the Royal Norwegian Air Force. The squadron was first equipped with the F-84G Thunderjet, and in October 1954 it was transferred to Orland air station, which since than has been it's permanent home. In June 1958, 338 skvadron received its first F-86F Sabre jets. However it wasn't until the spring of 1960 that the transition was complete. 338 Skv flew the Sabre until 1966, when it re-equipped with the F-5 Freedom Fighter, an aircraft that was flown for 19 years, until the arrival of the General Dynamics F-16.

Hey there awesome DCS Brothers & Sisters, hope all is well. This is my latest mission & should take you around 90 mins or maybe less & I difficulty rate this one about 8.5. Dawn 05:45 Jirah Airfield. You're resting & enjoying well deserved R n R after some intense ORT exercises (Operational Readiness Training). Just then your peace & quiet was broken by an alarming report that came in of a small enemy camp consisting of three enemy Howitzers & other units that have positioned themselves on the Euphrates River in Raqqa at the foot of a large road bridge. They're sitting East of the Euphrates River Weir Dam & its large Electricity Plant & at this very moment bombarding both the plant & the dam. Also at this camp is a SAM SA-3 Array & an enemy Ka-50 has been seen orbiting the area. If that's not enough...
