Bf 109 K-4 Kurfurst
The aircraft found in front of the hangar at Prague-Kbely airport in the end of war comes from the production series 152xxx produced in Erla factory in Leipzig. The fuselage and wings were probably spray painted in RLM 81/82 colors even though some researchers incline towards a single color camouflage variation of the wings sprayed in RLM 81. The wing lower surfaces were not painted at all with the exemption of parts coming from subcontractors which were painted in RLM 76. The engine cowling, coming from a different airframe, is camouflaged in RLM 74/75/76 colors. Of the serial number painted on the vertical tail surface only first three digits (152) and the last one (6) are legible. I filled them with randomly selected numbers.

A delivery of weapons must be made from Iran to a belligerent state allied with Teheran. Under no circumstances must this equipment reach its destination.
We know that this arsenal must be loaded onto vehicles in the locality of Hormud-e Mir Khind, before being placed in containers for maritime transport under a neutral flag.
A steep-sided sector, very controlled access roads and a population rallied to the national cause make a military intervention delicate.
But the stakes are crucial. If we wait too long, we risk losing track of the convoy.

1) Closer investigation of photos found that apparently only the left half of the APU cover was bare metal. Livery changed to match.
2) Selectable BORT number alignment corrected.
3) KORD gunners given "Stritchtarn" summer camo uniforms.
