If you want more sounds treated in this fashion then open the offending ogg file and reduce it's volume by your required amount and add it to the existing ogg files in the messages folder in this mod. Audacity or SoundForge are excellent for this purpose.
Should work with other planes than F-15C if they use the common messages.
