( Have you ever asked yourself WHY Eagle Dynamics integrated cows into a flight sim? Well, the explanation is as simple as frightful - - and this mission will bring you the disturbing answer. )
Fräulein Major is dead! In the aftermath of the „Secret NSA Mission“ she was brutally assassinated by a vengeful G.R.U. killer commando (G.R.U. = Russian Military Intelligence Service Headquarters).
At the same time a top secret A-10 of the british intelligence service MI6 was shot down over Iran and brought to Russia for deep investigations. No question this has to be prevented! And so Special Agent - living retired from service in Normandy - is reactivated by the MI6 to infiltrate Russia, steal the A-10 and take revenge for the insidious murder of Fräulein Major.
But once again the true intentions behind this operation are of a far bigger scale than initially reported - and what starts as a quick n’ sneaky airplane theft turns into a world threatening rampage of unimaginable dimensions.

Welcome to my CWG Sandbox
It is basically 70, yes seventy, quick missions rolled into one mission file. Each slot equals one quick mission. The tasks range from simple intercepts, to deep strikes into highly defended enemy territory.
All SAM sites provided by the map are populated with the correct SAM type (to the best of my knowledge).
In total there are 50 quick missions for USAFE, RAFG and Luftwaffe and 20 quick missions for Soviet and GDR forces.

After a stellar history flying combat missions in various aircraft including the A-1 Skyraider and A-7 Corsair, in 1985 the 481st Fighter Squadron would receive the A-10A Thunderbolt from the Osean Air Defense Force. aligning with its historical role of providing heavy firepower in support of ground forces. Now flying the A-10C, the Bulldogs are a key component of the Atlanta Air National Guard, specializing in precision strikes, battlefield interdiction, and close air support (CAS). Known for their aggressive tactics and unwavering tenacity, the 481st has earned a reputation within the OADF operating in various conflicts that Osea has found itself across the world.

Based on real events, this is a direct sequel to my previous A-10 mission (Operation Illois, https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3342707/) in which you provided CAS for SBS (Special Boat Service) operators. One year on, you will provide CAS for many of those same operators who are now exacting their revenge on the Taliban commander responsible for the deaths of their colleagues. This mission is immersive, with accurate comms, geography, and callsigns.
Operation Tetris was a capture-or-kill mission against Mullah Daldullah, a notorious warlord, second only to Mullah Omar, and Taliban chief in charge of Taliban military operations. Tracked by American intelligence, he was located in Baram Chah - a lawless, barren, trading post in the middle of the Dishu desert near the border with Pakistan.
This mission is playable solo as A-10A/C, or with a friend playing AH-64. You will be tasked by your JTAC for three specific task types and will need to avoid civilian casualties.

A-10C II Tank Killer
Established in the late 1940s, The 482nd Fighter Squadron "Gators" would originally be assigned to the F-51 Mustang before transitioning to jet-powered aircraft such as the F-84 Thunderjet and later the F-4 Phantom II. In the 1980s, the squadron became one of the first Air National Guard units in Osea to operate the A-10A Thunderbolt II, solidifying its role as a premier close air support (CAS) squadron. Based at Dobbins Air Reserve Base near Palmetto, Atlanta. Over the years, the squadron has participated in numerous conflicts, from the Belkan War to counterinsurgency operations in Usea and Verusa. Now flying the A-10C, the 482nd remains a critical asset in Osea’s military strategy, providing unparalleled precision strike and CAS capabilities.

A depiction of A-10A, SN 80-221, of the USAF 18th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Eielson AFB, Alaska, in 1981. This aircraft featured the experimental Arctic camouflage pattern known as the "Snowhog," designed for operations in snowy, cold-weather environments. The scheme consists of irregular black patches on a white background meant to blend the aircraft with its surrounding winter landscape. Though officially confirmed to have been applied to only one aircraft, it's speculated that up to three aircraft may have donned the livery during testing phases. This camouflage was never fully adopted by the USAF and was used during Operation Cool Snow Hog.
