The 194th Fighter Squadron (194 FS) is a unit of the California Air National Guard's 144th Fighter Wing (144 FW) at Fresno Air National Guard Base, California. The 194th is equipped with the F-15 Eagle and like its parent wing, the 144th, is operationally-gained within the active U.S. Air Force by the Air Combat Command (ACC).
It was announced in 2023 that the 194th Fighter Squadron would replace the F-15C Eagle with the updated Boeing F-15EX Eagle II.

Established in 1965 as an F-4 Phantom squadron, the 291st Tactical Fighter Squadron would prove early on to be a capable foe, earning multiple Readiness awards early in their career. In 1973, the squadron would rotate fr om their home at McNealy Air Force Base to Sand Island AFB, wh ere for the next 6 years they would hold the line against Yuktobanian incursions. In 1979, the squadron would upgrade to the F-15C, and relocate once again, this time to Oseas Heartland of Day AFB in Harwood.
The unit would deploy in 1995, and again in 2010 to support OADF operations during the Belkan and Circum Pacific Wars. During the Lighthouse War in 2019, an F-15C from the 291st was credited with two kills in the opening hours of the conflict, one a MQ-99 Drone, and the second a privately owned F-104 Starfighter. The Squadron having just returned from a deployment and about to begin transitioning to the F-15EX largely sat out the conflict, and would fully adopt the EX by 2021, Retiring the F-15C.

The F-15EX is the newest F-15 to be made by boeing. based of the older advancded eagles bought by Qatar the F-15QA, the F-15EX features new sensors, Avioinics, a Glass cockpit, and new weapon capalites, F-15EX was named "EAGLE II" on april 7th in 2021 and ordered 20 with 144 F-15EXs planned for the USAF. The USAF said mutiple Air National guard units would recive the F-15EX, aswell as Seymour Johnson AFB (SJ) would recive F-15EX to replace their fleet of E's.

Following his alleged murder of former Osean President Vincent Harling, he was reassigned to an Osean Air Force penal unit, Spare Squadron. He later became the leader of Strider Squadron in the LRSSG.
A renowned and feared pilot, his unique aircraft marking earned him the nickname "Three Strikes" by those on both sides of the Lighthouse War. His accomplishments include playing a key role in defending Stonehenge, destroying Arsenal Bird Justice, shooting down two ADF-11F Ravens, defeating Mimic Squadron, sinking the Alicorn, and besting Mihaly A. Shilage in a dogfight while the aforementioned Erusean ace was piloting an X-02S Strike Wyvern.

The 58th Fighter Squadron is part of the 33d Fighter Wing, a joint graduate flying and maintenance training wing for the F-15EX, organized under Air Education and Training Command's 19th Air Force, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Its mission is to train US Air Force operators and maintainers on employment and maintenance of the F-15 Eagle II, as part of the overall 33d FW mission of training American and international aircrews and maintainers of US Air Force, Us Navy, US Marine Corps, and international Air Forces.
