This is a theme i made after watching the film in anticipation of the F-14 module.
Enjoy.
Extract the zip file to "%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS".
Launch the game and navigate to Option > Misc > Theme and select "TopGun".
If you don't like the wallpaper feel free to replace "base-menu-window.png" and "loading-window.png" with a picture you like.

This is a JSGME compatible mod that replaces the default DCS World theme with a F-14 Tomcat centric theme, including the Top Gun score by Harold Faltermeyer and audio of the Libyan MiG-23 shootdown by US Navy F-14s. I made this the default theme so you wouldn't need to replace the theme of an existing module, and also so you can hear the Top Gun score while in the multiplayer selection screen.
