Insipred by camo used on JSO HINDs. To install open up the RAR file and from it drag and drop the folder into your C:\Users\USER\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Mi-24P or into your DISC:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\Mi-24P\Liveries\Mi-24P folder and enjoy.
