After a stellar history flying combat missions in various aircraft including the A-1 Skyraider and A-7 Corsair, in 1985 the 481st Fighter Squadron would receive the A-10A Thunderbolt from the Osean Air Defense Force. aligning with its historical role of providing heavy firepower in support of ground forces. Now flying the A-10C, the Bulldogs are a key component of the Atlanta Air National Guard, specializing in precision strikes, battlefield interdiction, and close air support (CAS). Known for their aggressive tactics and unwavering tenacity, the 481st has earned a reputation within the OADF operating in various conflicts that Osea has found itself across the world.

Established in 1950 as the 195th Fighter Interceptor squadron, the unit would not become the Tanker force it would be known for today until the mid 1960s, when they traded their Mach 2 capable F-104 Starfighters for the far slower four engine C-97 Stratofreighter, and would assist in moving Osean personnel around the world. In 1972, the squadron would change aircraft and missions yet again, this time in the form of the KC-135A Stratotanker. The 195th Air Refueling Squadron has provided a critical backbone to Osean air operations, acting as one of the few Nuclear Mission Capable squadrons until the Osean total disarmament in 2000 as well as flying combat sorties during the 1995 Belkan War and 1997 Usean Coup Detat. During Ulysses planetfall, the 195th was dispatched to transport medical aid to affected areas, and aid in the evacuation of Oseans deployed abroad during the disaster. As one of the last KC-135 operators within the OADF, its expected the unit will receive the KC-46 by 2030.

A-10C II Tank Killer
Established in the late 1940s, The 482nd Fighter Squadron "Gators" would originally be assigned to the F-51 Mustang before transitioning to jet-powered aircraft such as the F-84 Thunderjet and later the F-4 Phantom II. In the 1980s, the squadron became one of the first Air National Guard units in Osea to operate the A-10A Thunderbolt II, solidifying its role as a premier close air support (CAS) squadron. Based at Dobbins Air Reserve Base near Palmetto, Atlanta. Over the years, the squadron has participated in numerous conflicts, from the Belkan War to counterinsurgency operations in Usea and Verusa. F-14 Tomcat
Established in the 1950s flying the F-86, the Black Adders have been a linchpin in the air defense strategy of central Osea since their inception. It wasn't long until their transition to progressively faster and more capable airframes including the F-104, F-106, and finally the F-4D Phantom in the mid 1970s. The Squadron faced some uncertainty following force-wide restructuring following the 1995 Belkan War and the divestment of aging legacy F-4 units in fighter roles, until the squadron would adopt the recently unneeded F-14ADF. A modification to the OMDF F-14A, the squadron was used extensively for long-range intercept and tactical Reconnaissance using the TARPS pod native in the jet. During the 2010 Circum-Pacific War, the Squadron was a vital asset during the invasion of the Yuktobanian mainland.
Today the Squadron operates from their base in east-Redwood focusing on intercept and Reconnaissance, using their F-14s to their fullest potential.

As a result a multitude of states set aside budgetary items to reinforce their own National Guard bureaus.
The Manalopan Parliament had a novel idea in aircraft selection when the OADF granted the 184th Fighter Squadron to the state's National Guard. A competition between the F-16, Typhoon and Mirage was held, with Parliamentary leaders choosing the Typhoon for the organization.
Entering IOC in late 2017, the “Hooligans” are still an inexperienced Squadron, and have been eager to prove themselves in combat.

MiG-29A
A common misconception about the 360th is that their MiG-29 ‘Fulcrums’ are former Belkan Air Force aircraft as the squadron was transitioned to the type after the Belkan War and alongside the North Osean Air National Guard's 175th and 96th Fighter Squadrons respectively.
Instead, the Arrowheads aircraft were order built by Yuktobania for Osea in a large post-war order of airframes to boost their struggling economic adversary. Thanks to being new production and multiple modifications made by Osean defense firms, the Fulcrums of the 360th TFS are some of the finest examples of the type in service with any air force the world over.

Established in 1945 as a P-38 Squadron, the Crimson Aces would serve in the Osean Air Force for a handful of months until the Second Osean Wars ending and the subsequent dissolution of the Osean Air Force in 1946. The unit would be reactivated a few years later in 1950 by the Osean Air Defense Force as a principal unit of the Shenandoah Air Guard, flying older P-51D fighters. The Squadron would not see much service into the Jet Age, flying F-86s around Comona Islands during the FCUs opening days of Space Exploration.
The Squadron would see limited deployment during the Belkan War, now flying F-4E Phantoms, they were a critical component In the Interdiction of nuclear armed Belkan Bombers while forward deployed to Usea. Established in 1955 as an F-84F Squadron, the Fighting Bones would help maintain Tactical Proficiency, sending crews across the world to support various Osean missions. In the 1960s during the ramp up of hostilities in the Clavis region, the budding need for Tactical Electronic Warfare became apparent and like many squadrons, the Bones found themselves trading their F-100s for the bigger, slower, EB-66 to provide electronic countermeasures for F-105 and B-52 bombing raids. With the full divestment of the EB-66 in 1980, the Bones would be the first Air National Guard unit to receive the EF-111 ‘Spark-Vark’, a EW variant of the venerable F-111 Tactical Bomber.

Based out of the state of Braunstein, the 285th was established in 1993 flying the F-20A Tigershark.
The Unit would first see action during the opening hours of the Belkan War, where due to their close proximity to the frontline, their F-20s were some of the first on station to support besieged Osean Forces.
The squadron would help hold the line for two days until OADF reinforcements arrived in enough strength to relieve the unit.
In 2007, the squadrons F-20s would be retired in favor of the JF-17C fighter, which they still fly out of Robbins AFB.

Established in 1955, the 188th Guardian Falcons, (originally just called the Falcons), were a reservist P-61 Squadron in Harwood, Osea. In 1959, the squadron would be transferred to Eaglin as an additional unit to the 88th TFS.
Entering the jet-age flying F-84Ds, the unit would upgrade rapidly into the F-100A, then F-106, until they would finally upgrade to the F-16A in 1985, taking the name ‘Guardian Falcons’, and would be deployed to Belka in the later months of the 1995 War.
The squadron would Deploy again in 2010 supporting ground operations in Yuktobania, and in 2016 would participate in the multinational Quarantine of Anea during the Emmerian-Estovakian War. During the 2019 Lighthouse War, the 188th was called upon again, though plans for their deployment to Usea fell through with the loss of global satellite communications.
Today the Guardian Falcons help maintain security along the Eaglin Strait with the rest of the 159th Wing and neighboring units.
