Here is a small semi-realistic training mission for the HOT 3 missiles. You are a Cyprus Air Command Pilot tasked with performing a firepower demonstration at the RAF Akrotiri small arms range. The mission takes place at dusk, and can be carried out under NVGs or using the ambient twilight. Duration 30-40 minutes. No radio comms or needless voice chatter, just perform the task as briefed.

As the Syria map features the old RAF Bloodhound camp at Episkopi, Cyprus, I converted a readily available Bloodhound as a static object for DCS.
Copy the unzipped folder to your /saved games/DCS(.open beta)/mods/tech folder. In the game you will find the Bloodhound under static objects - structures.

A Training Mission on the Syria Map. Has all aircraft included as well as aircraft carriers, air-to-air and air-to-surface ranges.
Welcome to this RAF Akrotiri Training Mission.
All flyable aircraft in DCS are included, with WW2 era being at Ercan airfield and carrier aircraft having both ground and carrier based options (supercarrier required).
Ranges:
A2G Range - Has bombing and strafing pits, as well as a mixture of soft and hard armoured targets. Marked with a large smoke column
EW Range - 4 Early Warning Radars to practise using anti-radiation missiles against
A2A Easy Range - 2 Pairs of Fencers that fly orbits, will not react to incoming fire
A2A Hard Range - Only spawnable via the radio menu, will either spawn a pair of MiG-21's or Su-27's that will try to engage you
Anti-Shipping Easy Range - A convey of defenceless cargo ships
Anti-Shipping Hard Range - A small surface group of Russian Frigates and Corvettes
