Update 20250719: DCS bug fixes, improved civ traffic at Batumi
You are an 'Angel' - a member of one of the world's elite Search And Rescue airborne rescue and fire-fighting squad.
Take to the skies (and bring up to 23 friends) in your Hind, Huey, Hip, Kiowa, Hook or Gazelle [Black Shark and Apache can join, but can't rescue nor fight fires], fight fires and rescue people all over beautiful Batumi or in the Elbrus alpine regions.

UPDATED V2 MISSION UPLOADED (Contains some audio, better unit placement for activity)
By some chance of luck, I had a mission already setup very similar to the one in Top Gun Maverick that I made months ago. After seeing the movie, I knew I could tweak it a little to work with the story.
This is a work in progress, I plan to add vocal queues, a few more triggers etc and will be putting together a multiplayer version (2 pilots as well as the proper 4 pilot mission).
You will require the supercarrier for this - Depending how many people do not have the supercarrier, I can create one with the Stennis instead (just comment below).
Remember, its a work in progress - any issues/bugs please let me know.

UPDATE 31/12/2023: Happy New Years! For those requesting the Stennis as you may not have the supercarrier addon - I have now updated a 2nd mission specifically using the Stennis. Happy flying!

Main Objective: Destroy the 5 IL-76MD aircraft at Rota International Airport.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the 2 Mi-8MTV2 helicopters that landed on Pagan Island.
Bonus Objective 1: Damage the Type 071 Amphibious Transport Dock.
Bonus Objective 2: Protect the S-3B Tanker.
Bonus Objective 3: Sink 1 Chinese Stranded Ship.
Bonus Objective 4: Check on the South Korea Cargo Haul.
Bonus Objective 5: Destroy Mobile Diesel Power Station.
Saipan Optional Objective: Destroy the 7 IL-76MD aircraft at Saipan International Airport.
