SITUATION: After destroying a MiG-29A patrol over Deir ez Zor and then the vehicle of the No. 2 of ADYAQLA, an international terrorist organization, you refueled and rearmed on the makeshift FORTUNA base and took a few hours of rest. You must now reach the departure base: ADANA air force base.
However, your exploits yesterday and the day before have particularly annoyed the Syrians and the Iranians and their air defenses are on maximum alert. Reaching Adana AB will not be a walk in the park.

Yesterday, you neutralized the patrol of 2xMiG-29A on alert over Deir ez Zor. According to verified and reliable ROHUM intelligence, the No. 2 of ADYAQLA, an international terrorist organization, is due to travel today from Haditha (West Iraq) to a secret location near Sayqal airport (38 NM NE of Damascus). One of our satellites spotted this morning, at 2:00, a suspicious convoy corresponding to the target on a road in Eastern Syria, coming from Iraq. If the target is confirmed, this senior official should not reach the Sayqal region. This operation is TOP SECRET, and is supervised by the CIA and the french DGSE, in collaboration with the NSA and the French DRM.

SITUATION : Nous sommes le 21 avril 2018, il est 05H10 LT. Vous êtes sur l’aéroport d’Adana (ou Gaziantep selon votre choix) chez notre allié turc. Selon un renseignement ROHUM vérifié et fiable, le N°2 de ADYAQLA, une organisation terroriste internationale, doit se rendre aujourd’hui de Haditha (Ouest Irak) vers un lieu secret, proche de l’aéroport de Sayqal (38 NM au NE de Damas). Un de nos satellites a repéré ce matin, à 2h00, un convoi suspect correspondant à la cible sur une route dans l’Est de la Syrie, en provenance d’Irak. Si l’objectif est confirmé, ce haut responsable de ADYAQLA ne doit pas atteindre la région de Sayqal. Une mission STRIKE (Ep2) est programmée pour le neutraliser. Vous neutraliserez une patrouille d'alerte de 2xMiG29A sur la base de Deir ez Zor afin d'ouvrir la voie à la mission strike.

With the arrival of 2.7, some like to carry out IFR approaches since the weather conditions are much more realistic and we can now have the chance to land our dear planes in shitty weather!
Airport approach charts based on reality and adapted to the DCS universe.
Approach headings, NDB, VOR, VORTAC, TACAN, ILS beacons, frequencies, heading, altitudes, GPS coordinates are checked and corrected to match the DCS universe!
I adapted the existing real approach maps to the game by adapting them (modified the paterns and the runway angles which are those of DCS) and they are readable in VR.
I also used the real maps for the car parks to be closer to reality. Other airports are in the works and I will update the file. New airports to come within 1 or 2 months for the SYRIA map. Approach charts available for Syrian, Marianas, Persian Gulf, and South Atlantic theaters.
