To install open up the RAR file and from it drag and drop the 18201, 18202 and 18203 folders into your Disk:\DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\Liveries\mig-29s or into your C:\Users\User\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\mig-29s folder and enjoy.
