Im not sure if anybody else had this issue but Jinxx F-117 had been broken for a wile it seems.
This is how I managed to get it to function again just replacing the game model of the F-117 with Jinxx's using OvGME

Now the F-117B is out now. Now you can go hunting Planes with the F-117. But its not the final Version. I will work on it.
