A F-14B livery pack based on the main character in Ace Combat 4 named Mobius 1. In the zip you'll find the files for the Mobius livery. Install: drop the files from the ZIP into \DCS World\CoreMods\aircraft\F14\Liveries\f-14b\ They'll show up as " Ace Combat -Mobius 1 " in the livery selection.
