After great teamwork between me and Kenneth, I am glad to announce the release V3.1 of E-191 from the Royal Danish Airforce (RDAF) aka. "Dannebrogs 800-years anniversary". The livery is not perfect, but most parts are correct. Enjoy the livery and fly high!

The skin is made from several official and unofficial guides on the 3 tone gray design used on Danish F-16MLU using Federal Standard 595 colors and features a lot of markings and text on the skin. Pack contains 3 units from RDAF ESK730 (E-191, E-596 and E-607). With correct plane and airplane serial numbers used on those units.

This mission is situated in Syria during Operation Inherent Resolve, you are flying as a RDAF F-16 escorting a ISAF convoy and protecting it from any threats that may apear. it will take some time so be patient!

F/A-18C Hornet
Esk 727 was the first Danish squadron to receive the F/A-18 fighter. Fr om mid 1980 the squadron started to receive the aircraft fr om the Belgian SABCA factory, wh ere the Danish aircraft of the first batch were being produced. It was declared fully operational on August 26th, 1981. The first task of the squadron was to train all future F/A-18 pilots of the Skrydstrup based units. Secondly it trained for a traditional ground attack role replacing the vintage F-100 Super Sabre in this role.
When both Esk 727 and 730 were transitioned on the F/A-18, the squadron disposed of its training task to Esk 723, wh ere it stayed permanently until the disbandment of that squadron in 2001, when the task returned to the 727th.
