A Mustang MkIV (KH729) Y2 A - Squadron Leader Mitchell ‘Johnny’ Johnston 442 Sq. RCAF - RAF Digby (UK) June 1945.
Just extract the file and place it into your Saved Games>DCS.openbeta>Liveries>P-51D folder and BINGO!
The images have me dressed as Santa as the pilot. This is NOT the case in the actual .zipfile by the way! It was merely a way of me passing on Yuletide greetings. I wouldn't inflict ME on you as the pilot as it would probably end in tears!!

P-51D Mustang 'Meatball Rap II' of 1st. Lt. (F/O) Charles Lane, 99th FS 332nd FG 'Red Tails'. Ramitelli, Italy March 1945. Note the late war 99th FS nose band marking on this machine is light blue instead of the earlier dark blue and white diamond pattern. Of course, given the name I had no choice but to make this one!
