Single Player Mission to use OH-58D(R) Kiowa Warrior weapons in a friendly and dynamic environment (read the briefing)
Various training ranges :
- Gun and rockets against statics trucks and BMPs -
- Hellfire and APKWS against statics tanks and BTRs -
- ATAS - Stingers against Mi-8 and F4-E (drones) -
- Dogfight against transports helicopters -
No threats other than the risk of collision* (ground, vehicles or other aircrafts)
I tried to reproduce the target ranges used by AH-64s and OH-58Ds.
Others allied aircrafts are in the air and on the ground, making the single player environment more dynamic.
You're free to follow them on their missions (no threats*), you can also fly freely.
You will have objectives to achieve in order to complete the entire mission.
This is the 1st mission i've posted for DCS.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or improvements.

OH-58D Kiowa Warrior
US Army Forward Operating Base (FOB) Conair, located on the outskirts of the town of Baalbek, is currently under heavy attack by insurgent forces. The insurgents have launched a coordinated assault involving infantry units and vehicles equipped with mounted weapons. The situation is critical, as FOB Conair is reporting sustained mortar fire that is increasingly accurate, threatening the integrity of the base and the lives of its personnel. No other air units are avialable to respond.
