A depiction of the experimental AI piloted F-16D Vista as an F-16C flown by the USAF Test Pilot School. Only visual difference from the trainer vista is the DARPA, AFRL, and AF Material command logos/shields on the left side of the aircraft; and the Skunkworks logo on the tail.

Featured here is the X-62A "VISTA" for the F-16D mod. The X-62A is an experimental aircraft that was derived from an F-16D Bl 30. based on the Israeli spined version of the jet. The Vista (Variable Stability In flight Simulator Test Aircraft) is used as test aircraft at Edwards Air Force base operated by the 412th Test Wing and Calspan Aerospace.
