Install: drop the files from the ZIP into \DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\ E-2C & C-130 They'll show up as "E-2C Hawkeye Ustio" & "Ustio Air Force Hi/Lo-Viz" in the livery selection.

The livery can be found by selecting "Wizard 32nd Tactical Fighter SQN" in the mission editor and is useable by both
The US and Israel.
This livery/skin was tested in DCS World version 1.2.15 and compatibility may become an issue in future updates of DCS World.
***Uninstallation***
Simply delete the "F-15C Wizard 32nd TFS" folder from the directory:
