Mission Briefing
There are two AH64D’s on the pad and ready to go at Fujairah International in Khalba – remember, we are there in a ‘training’ capacity.
Your goal is to eliminate the SEAD capabilities around the Dibba Al-Hisn port, and then destroy the naval convoy there with extreme prejudice – the most important targets are disguised as civilian craft, but they are guarded with boats that also have anti-air capability.
The target convoy is in port right now, and we have ground assets on the way there to provide support and additional firepower. There are SAM sites on the northern hills, so keep your altitude low and sneak up on them.
AH64D Fujairah 1 has waypoints loaded, AH64D Fujairah 2 does not – it is recommended that you bypass the way points and fly up the coast – it is just a few miles to the east of Fujairah International, and the target naval group is about forty miles to the north. Exercise extreme caution!

This game also has the F4E contained in it - feel free to add additional aircraft and spawn points for multi-player action! You will find two groups of anti air defenses, one on the northern shore of Germany, and a small convoy out to sea which has several Corvette class warships guarding the two freighters.

MISSION UPD ATED
This is a continuation of the Samson 1 storyline for the Kiowa with Captain Hal Holcombe and Lt. Chip Stannis – this mission will se t up the rescue of Pritchard and Narse, and the gathering of essential intelligence. Your aircraft have been delivered to the carrier group in the Black Sea that you are taking off from.
You will take off in inclement weather and wind from a naval force in the Black Sea using the Caucuses map.
This is a multiplayer mission with 3 choppers available, 2 Kiowas and an AH64D Apache.
Anvil 1 is armed with anti-aircraft missiles and the 50 cal gun
Anvil 1-1 is armed with laser guided rockets and anti-aircraft missiles
Anvil 1-2 is the Apache, with a mixed loadout of rockets and Hellfires.
An additional multiplayer component has been added – two F18 fighters that can be occupied and are tasked with air support. Additional enemy forces will be added if these aircraft are utilized, but the mission can only be completed by the rotary aircraft.

SPUR 1-1 Kiowa --- To escort Blackhawks from FOB LONDON to LZ MIRA & provide CAS
SPUR 2-1 Kiowa --- To escort Chinooks from Camp Bastion to LZ DELTA & provide CAS
PONTIAC 1-1 & 2-1 --- CH47F Chinooks to transport supporting infantry from Camp Bastion to LZ DELTA & extract after mission complete.
FORD FLIGHT AH64 Apaches --- To escort Chinooks from Camp Bastion to LZ DELTA & provide CAS in the AO.
Note: Chinooks will be undertaking multiple logistics tasks en-route to LZ Delta. Pilots need to be proficient in the "precipice" landing technique.

This mission was written for the Kiowa, and continues Mission 1 with the HYDRA sci fi backstory. There is air to air action in this one, and 3 choppers ready, 2 Kiowa's and a blackhawk, and plenty of baddies in the target area! Take out the defenses of the new enemy base, and sink the Casanova to deploy ground and sea forces. There is also a Huey that will help you out!
