Sorry for mirroring fin flash, but is a issue of the default texture (UV). I'm unable to create a decals like UKR or USR and this one is the best i can do for Syria.
v1.1 update - Change Nation to RUS (Russia) into lua file - the livery now will be appear for MIG-25 of Russia.
This because Syrian Country don't have in fleet MIG-25 for DCS and any update of stable/open beta version will be cancel the livery in you list.
